Q) What
name will appear on my credit card or checking statement? |
| A) You bill
will show one of the following: Epoch or CCBill. |

Q) Will I be
automatically re-billed for another months membership in 30
days? |
| A) Depending
on the option you choose when you registered for access to one
of our sites you may be re-billed. We offer several options when
joining including, 3 day trials, a one time monthly fees and an
option the renews membership automatically. |

Can I cancel my membership at anytime? |
| A) Of course.
You can cancel by Clicking Here. We
hate to see you leave. Please send us some comments as to why
your canceling so that we can improve our sites and better serve
our members. |

| Q) What's
your refund policy when I cancel? |
| A) Our
subscription fees are nonrefundable. You will receive the full
benefits of your membership because your password remains active
until the end of the most recent paid billing period no matter
when you cancel during that period. Please refer to the Terms
and Conditions of the website you joined for further
information. |

| Q) How does
billing work on the Trial membership I purchased? |
| A) Many of
our sites allow you to purchase a low-cost trial membership that
is good for a specified number of days. Trial memberships
upgrade automatically to the standard monthly membership plan
unless you cancel within the trial period (the specified number
of days from which you purchased your trial). Please refer to
the terms and conditions of the website that you joined for
further information. |

| Q) Why was my
card rejected? |
| A) There are
a number of reasons beyond our control that may keep us from
accepting a credit card. For instance, the card could be
"blocked" if it was ever involved in a billing dispute with an
Internet merchant or website. This is done to protect the
cardholder and merchant in the future. |
